3. Account Registration

4. Pricing and Payments

- Package prices are fixed at the time of purchase
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Processed securely via Square
- Cryptocurrency: SOL and USDC via Solana blockchain
Payment is due at the time of purchase for packages. Custom projects may require deposits as specified in individual proposals.
4.3 Cryptocurrency Payments
For cryptocurrency payments:
- Transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain
- You are responsible for ensuring correct wallet addresses
- Network fees are your responsibility
- Exchange rate fluctuations after payment do not affect service delivery
5. Refund Policy
5.1 15-Minute Fix Guarantee
Our Promise: If we cannot diagnose and provide a fix or clear path to resolution within 15 minutes, you receive a full refund. No questions asked.
5.2 Other Services
- Before Work Begins: Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase
- Work in Progress: Prorated refund based on work completed
- Completed Work: No refund for delivered and approved work

5.3 Cryptocurrency Refunds
Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be processed in the original cryptocurrency at the current exchange rate, or in USD equivalent at our discretion.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful service delivery, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your requirements
- Grant necessary access to systems, platforms, and accounts
- Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables promptly
- Maintain backups of your data before we perform any work
- Ensure you have authority to grant access to third-party platforms
7. Service Delivery
7.1 Scheduling
After purchase, you will receive instructions to schedule your session or provide project details. Sessions are subject to availability.
7.2 Scope
Services are limited to the scope defined in the package or proposal. Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
7.3 Delivery Timeframes
We strive to meet all stated timeframes. However, delays may occur due to:
- Client response delays
- Third-party platform issues
- Scope changes
- Unforeseen technical complications
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Your Ownership
Upon full payment, you own all custom work created specifically for you, including designs, code, and content.
8.2 Our Rights
We retain the right to:
- Use general techniques, methodologies, and know-how in other projects
- Showcase completed work in our portfolio (with your permission)
- Use open-source or licensed tools and frameworks
8.3 Third-Party Materials
Some deliverables may include third-party materials (fonts, images, plugins) subject to their own licenses. We will inform you of any licensing requirements.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business information, strategies, or data with third parties except:
- As necessary to provide our services
- With your explicit consent
- As required by law
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
- We are not responsible for third-party platform failures or changes
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ideapark Digital Marketing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content or data you provide to us
12. Termination
- Either party may terminate ongoing services with 14 days written notice
- We may terminate immediately for Terms violations
- Fees for completed work are non-refundable upon termination
- Your obligations under Sections 8-11 survive termination
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through:
- Informal Resolution: Contact us first to resolve issues directly
- Mediation: If informal resolution fails, parties agree to mediation
- Arbitration: Binding arbitration as a final resolution
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement
- Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect other provisions
- Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver
